The final national conferences were realized in partner countries (Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Spain, Slovakia, Poland) during December 2023 and we introduced all project outcomes. We have reached over 180 potential users which are very interested in the CAR Master methodology.
Pilottesting was very successful
The pilot testing of the whole methodology was realized in November and December 2023, and we have reached over 120 participants from the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Spain, Slovakia, and Poland. The users evaluated the learning platform very well, with the small requirements considered during final completion.
The finalmeeting in charming Valencia
13.-14.6.2023
The final meeting was held in summer Valencia and we dicusssed especially the finalization of online platform and face to face workshop to be ready for pilot test. We dicusssed our national opportunities of pilot test and prepare the guideline. The impoirtant issue was the final dissemination (national conferences) and sustainability of our proejct outcomes. After meeting we have the amazing evening with great Spanish cuisine and non formal talk with all partners.
Accreditationof the methodology
The successful graduator od online content (fully completed learning content + 70% correct answers of final quizz) can generate the CAR Master certificate directly in online platform. In case of face to face study - the template of certificate is attached to the workshop syllabus and it is up to the particular trainer to issue the certificate to the adult learners. The condition of 70% of attendance is recommended.
We have consider accreditation in all partner countries, but almost all partner organizations did not meet the conditions of national instututions. The Czech partner (coordinator) is just in the process of preparing the application of accreditation. The interested educational companies in other countries can find the conditions for national accreditation in all partner countries (Germany, Austria, Spain, Slovakia, Poland and Czech Republic) in the final accreditation report.
The second projectmeeting in GRAZ
30.11. -1.12.2022
The second project meeting was realized in Austria in beautiful city Graz. We have focused especially on the first proposal of CAR Master online platform in English and discussed the challenges concerning the accreditations in our countries. All necessayr issues concerning the proejct management, quality and dissemination were also discussed. After work we spent a great time in Christmas atmosphere with great dinner and hot wine.
CAR Masteronline learning platform launched!
A modern and interactive platform should be a new didactic tool for manufacturing companies' foremen, team leaders, and productive managers. The online platform is accessible nonstop (24/7) anywhere and anytime, and the users can study at their individual pace. The learning content is available after registration (name and email are necessary). After successful registration you have go the slef-assessement to see your level of intial skills and then follow the recommendation to the appropriate learning units. The users can also make the evaluation after study and compare the previous and actual level of skills in the appropriate areas.
After completion of learning, the users can continue to the final test on the online platform, and the successful graduator will receive a certificate (at least 70% of correct answers).
CAR Master online platform is available in 6 languages: English, German, Spanish, Slovakian, Polish and Czech.
Face to faceworkshop syllabus completed
CAR Master methodology includes 20 hours of online learning content and 40 hours of face-to-face training. The CAR Master curriculum consists of 10 topics following the online platform. We have included 7 topics for face to face training, which were required by foremen. You can find the following topics for face to face workshop in syllabus:
Unit 1: Total productive maintenance (4 hours F2F)
Unit 2: Production process (4 hours F2F)
Unit 3: Quality control methods ( 4 hours F2F)
Unit 4: Digital Competences (8 hours of F2F)
Unit 5: Economic and organizational knowledge (4 hours F2F)
Unit 6: Professional communication (8 hours of F2F)
Unit 10: Leadership role of masters (8 hours F2F)
The syllabus includes a detailed schedule with a detailed description of the activities. The syllabus is a new didactic tool for teachers and trainers with recommended worksheets. The syllabus is divided into 5 days in separate documents - all educators have an opportunity to use the topic required by adult learners. Syllabus is available in English, German, Spanish, Slovakian, Polish and Czech.

The part of the whole methodology is also train the trainer handout which explains to the trainers, teachers or individual users the whole CAR Master blended learning methodology. All interested people can also find the useful didactic tips for effective teaching of adult learners.
PR5opening
We know the needs and requirements of the target group now, so we can start with the desk research to find the most suitable way of accreditations of our methodology in our countries. During September and October we will collect the opportunities for european and national accreditations and we will know its specifics and conditions for the creating of CAR Master learning content.
PR 1completion
During September we are finishing with PR1 realization. We have realized the desk researches to find the job descriptions of the master/production manager in our countries. The most important part were the interviews with HR experts and masters/production managers directly from the production companies to find out the needs of our target group. The interviews were realized from June to August and we have interviewed over 100 participants. In general, the production companies are interested in our project and prepared plaform. The main output of PR1 will be the base for the CAR Master curriculum (PR2) and the tips for the suitable learning methods (face to face and online). PR1 benchmarking final report will be available soon.

PR 1 Definionof the key competences of masters
Just after meeting we have started to work on the Project result 1 and prepare the proposal of the interviews with the HR experts, masters and other stakeholders to find out the actual educational needs of our target group and also of the employers (production companies). The leading partner of PR1 is Slovakian partner which has a strong connection the the educational know-how for automotive industry and to the key production companies from that sector.We plan the next online meeting of the project team to discuss the PR1 progress and task for February.
Kick offmeeting Prague, CZE
10. - 11.1. 2022
The first transnational meeting of the CAR Master project was held in Prague. Unfortunately the meeting was influenced by COVID pandemic: the part of the project team was personally in Prague and the other part planned to join online. Further to the COVID infection at the office of coordinator the meeting was finally realized only online for everybody. The meeting in a nutshell: Introduction of partners, project presentations and list of tasks for all partners!
